The brief:
Working with DB Entertainments and MCA Directors, I was asked to photograph the result of a national competition held by BOC Sureserve. The competition was designed to find the pub that serves the best pint in Britain and the lucky winner was the cosy Maypole Inn in Thurloxton near Taunton. The prize was an evening's entertainment paid for by the industrial gas company's hospitality division, BOC Sureserve.
Whilst the private party was being enjoyed by regulars it was my job to capture the atmosphere whilst including all things relating to BOC Surserve as much as possible in the background.
All those invited were treated with entertainment including a number of live bands, a magician and a Casino. All complimented by food and drink courtesy of BOC.
