Ceremony and reception - Sheldon Manor in Wiltshire
I have photographed three weddings at Sheldon Manor, it is such a beautiful venue for smaller sized weddings. It has a very secluded and special feel to it with interesting features and plenty of history and hideaway corners. The gardens are beautiful to walk around with the pretty flowers, a rustic pool and the dappled shade from the trees near the historic manor itself. It provides the perfect backdrop and there is a very exclusive feel to weddings held there compared to the manufactured feel of many other wedding venues.
For the purposes of photography Sheldon Manor couldn't be more right. Sheldon Manor's intimate feel is very condusive to reportage photography and artistic, creative angles. With the natural/historical feel to Sheldon Manor, finding beautiful backdrops for your photography is easy. In fact I could spend a couple of days there with the amount of photographic opportunities on hand. Very much worth a look!
