What's included?
A studio family photo shoot of 1-3 hours, which includes: 2x 12”x 8” prints, and 25 lovingly edited digital images. Also included is a private online gallery to view and options to buy the rest of the images.
How does it work?
Arrange a day and time with me and just turn up. You may want to bring some changes of clothes to give some extra variety in the photos. You can bring props if you like if you want to show the personality or interests of the people in the photos. Maybe you nan likes cooking or gardening, or your son/husband football or cricket. Clothing and props associated with these interests can make the photos much more engaging. If you want to do this, please discuss this with me beforehand so I can also offer some input, and I know what to expect.
I do not provide makeup or hair services, so if this matters to you, I recommend you consider this, as it can make a big difference to the final result.
I respectfully ask that you do not wear footwear in the photos, as it marks the background. Clean socks or barefoot please.
Please also note that there will be a lot of fragile and expensive lighting equipment around. It is your responsibility to ensure yourself and those with you are careful to not cause damage to themselves or the equipment by running into or tripping over anything.
Booking your photo shoot:
To book, you can either pay below and then arrange a date via email/phone, or give me a call first (01278 451 089), arrange a date and then pay once we have agreed on that date. I also accept cheques or you can pay via bank transfer, ask me for details.
Processing fees, cancellations and refunds
As I will be turning away anyone who requests the date you have just booked, £100 of the package will be kept as a booking fee. If you cancel your family photo shoot, you will be refunded minus the £100 and also minus the payment processing fee I am charge when I receive payments from clients. If you have a legitimate reason to need to move the date of the shoot like bad weather or illness, there will be no fee charged.
After the photo shoot
The photos will take 1-2 weeks to edit depending on what other work I have on at the time.

Payment method
